Your Step-By-Step Guide to Purchasing Your New Home

Step 1: INITIAL MEETING

How much house can I afford? What schools are in the area? What are taxes like? Have more questions than answers? If you're a home buyer, changes are you have a lot of questions. Our initial meeting is where we'll discuss your needs and get the answers to the questions you're looking for.

Step 2: VIEW HOMES

With access to a wide range of available properties, I hear about new listings and price reductions before they get listed or advertised. I'll advise you on the current homes for sale that fall within your search criteria, and I'll set appointments on your behalf to view them.

Step 3: MAKE AN OFFER TO PURCHASE

Knowledge is power at the negotiating table. Using a comprehensive comparative market analysis and maximizing your best interests, I will draft your offer to be presented to the Selller's agent. 

Step 4: OFFER IS ACCEPTED

Once both you and the vendor agree to all terms and conditions and the Agreement of Purchase and Sale has been signed, dated, and witnessed, you have an accepted offer subject only to the conditions (if any) being satisfied.

Step 5: CLOSING

Your home purchase becomes a reality on closing day when ownership is officially transferred to you. Congratulations on completing the purchase of your new home!
